Chlorinated rubber is mainly classified into different grades based on viscosity. Different grades are suited for different applications due to their viscosity differences, ranging from low to high viscosity. Their applications have expanded from coatings to adhesives and specialty rubber products. The following are the specific application ranges for each mainstream grade.

Chlorinated rubber SR10 is used as a base raw material for making marine primers, container topcoats, and general industrial anti-corrosion coatings. It can also be used for coating small machinery shells.

Chlorinated rubber SR20 is a general-purpose model.
