Application of iSuoChem CMP45 resin

iSuoChem CMP resin is one of the most important product series in our company.

Its full name is also called Copolymer of vinyl chloride and vinyl isobutyl ether.

Application

1. Chloroether resin is mainly used in the coating and ink industry,

2. Under normal circumstances, MP15, MP25, MP35 type chloroether resins are mainly used in the coating industry, and some coating customers use MP45.

3. Most ink customers use MP45 and MP60 chloroether resins, and a few ink customers use MP15 and MP35.

(Generally, the chloroether resin with a rotational viscosity of 10～30mPa·S is used in the coating industry, and the chloroether resin with a rotational viscosity of 30～50mPa·S is used in the ink industry)

The most sold model of our company is MP45, which is mainly used by customers to produce benzene-soluble and ester-soluble inks, usually used with CPP, CEVA, EVA. The dosage is about 3%-10%, and adjust accordingly according to the different requirements of customers.
