On the basis of the original PLA pure material, the modified PLA pellets and PLA sheet have a green & environmentally friendly foaming process and high production efficiency. It is conducive to the realization of industrial scale production and application. 

Only use general-purpose polylactic acid as raw material to obtain high-magnification polylactic acid material, which solves the defect that polylactic acid cannot be directly made into foaming materials due to its low melt strength, resistance to hydrolysis, and easy molecular chain breakage(under the action of a small amount of water).

PLA foam materials in the form of plates or beads can flexibly shape various types of food packaging, such as: fruit packaging boxes, salad plates, fruit dishes, egg trays, cup lids, lunch boxes, liners for cushioning packaging, etc.. PLA foam packaging can be processed on most existing production lines with little modification, including fill-form-seal production.

01. Compared with PLA ordinary blister products of the same specification, the weight is reduced by 20%~60%;
02. It can be used at 30-90°C;
03. Compared with pulp products, PLA foam materials have better water resistance, oil resistance, heat insulation, and no heavy metal residues, and have higher safety in contact with food;
04. The processing cycle is reduced, the mechanical strength is improved, and the application scenarios are more diversified.
05. With excellent color and printability, it fits perfectly with rigid food packaging.
