Introduction

iSuoChem® EG40M Chlorinated pp resin (CPP resin) is a solvent(Ester) soluble chlorinated polypropylene adhesion promoter for Polyolefin substrates.

Application

Core Usage: Ester flexible packaging ink, or dry lamination.

1. Used as major resin of printing inks on BOPP films.
2. Added as coating for BOPP film, and PP profiles (Polypropylene profiles).
3. Chlorinated pp resin is treated as adhesive ( Glue ) for double-layered PP film or PP film covered paper in Packaging industry.

Characteristics: 

1. Chlorinated PP resin (CPP resin) is Non-toxic, Odourless, and No solvent residue . 

2. It has outstanding bonding power to PP, PE, TPO & EPDM materials

3. It is water-resistant, acid-resistant & alkali-resistant. 

4. The composite ink made of chlorinated PP resin has stable performance and good film-forming properties.
