Basic information

The full name of VC-Copolymer MP resin is vinyl chloride-vinyl isobutyl ether resin, which is a polymer copolymerized by 75% vinyl chloride (VC) and 25% vinyl isobutyl ether (IBVE).

SPECIFICATION

APPLICATION  

CMP25 resin (Equivalent to Laroflex MP25, laroflex MP35 and MP15 resin) has been recognized as one of the resins with the best chemical resistance and atmospheric aging resistance. The one-component chloroether anticorrosive coating obtained by compounding it with appropriate resins and additives has a comprehensive anticorrosion performance index higher than that of chlorosulfonated polyethylene and chlorinated rubber coatings. This also makes CMP resin widely used in the following anticorrosive coating fields:

(1) Resistance to industrial gas corrosion, such as factory buildings, equipment, pipelines, storage tanks, municipal engineering ports and docks.

(2) Marine coatings, such as various parts of the hull, are particularly suitable for places with seawater corrosion resistance.

(3) Transportation, in addition to containers, there are also transportation machinery, dangerous goods tankers, etc.

(4) Large-scale key projects, such as bridges, marine engineering and energy engineering.

(5) Building materials, such as the surface of concrete and cement products, are particularly suitable for road sign coatings, etc.

(Note: Generally speaking, CMP resins with a rotational viscosity of 10 to 30 mPa·S are used in the coating industry)

Pack in 20kgs craft paper bag, 14mts/20’fcl without pallet or 12mts/20’fcl with pallet.

STORAGE & TRANSPORTATION

Store in dry & ventilated warehouse. Don’t store it in open air. Prevent sunshine & moisture. Avoid high temperature beyond 60°C. Avoid rain during transportation. It is not dangerous cargo.
