iSuoChem® Waterborne General Leveling Agent LA-333T

iSuoChem® LA-333T level agent is equivalent to TEGO-450 or BYK-333 level agent.

High-Viscosity Polyether-Modified Organic Polysiloxane is a new type of silicone surfactant, combining long-chain alkyl and polyether modifications. It possesses a character of low surface tension. It applies to waterborne, solvent and solventless ink and ink system.

Application: 

1. iSuoChem® Leveling agent enhances the performance of wettability and exhibition cloth of  pigments or fillers interact in the system. So it can improve their dispersion and compatibility between fillers and liquid to make coatings smoother and steadier. 
2. iSuoChem® Levelling agent promotes a smoother surface, better substrate wetting, and improved flow and spread of ink. This, in turn, enhances the product's glossiness and prevents shrinkage cavities.
3. iSuoChem® Levelling agent is a solution for defoaming, preventing oil shrinkage, keeping colors from separating, and the flow-spreading property. Suggested usage: 0.05-0.3%.
4. If in solvent-free system, Levelling agent offers the same benefits as described above. It's highly effective at improving substrate wetting, strengthening bonding, and works seamlessly with the base material. Suggested usage: 0.3-1%.
