Application of polyamide resin

High viscosity soluble polyamide resin is a chemical raw material with excellent performance and can be divided into two categories according to its properties: non-reactive or neutral polyamide and reactive polyamide. Neutral polyamides are mainly used in the production of inks, heat-sensitive adhesives and coatings. Reactive polyamides are suitable for epoxy resin curing agents and thermosetting surface coatings, adhesives, lining materials and potting, molding resins.

Excellent adhesion non-toxic polyamide resin can be widely used in inks because it can improve the gloss, adhesion, pigment wettability, printability, color retention and solidity of the system in combination with raw materials such as nitrocellulose and aldehydes and ketone resins. The freezing point of the polyamide resin can be lowered, so that the ink is not easily frozen during storage in winter, thereby expanding the application range of the ink. Because it is non-toxic and has no odor, it can be used to produce ink for food packaging.
